The main floor has a fully equipped spacious kitchen and dining space for 14. The adjouning great room has a woodburning fireplace, soaring log ceilings, mountain views and an entertainment area with flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. The large deck opens from the kitchen and living area and features a hot tub, gas BBQ grill, charcoal BBQ grill and spectacular mountain and lake views.
Located between Lake Granby and Arapahoe National Forest, this property is only minutes from Grand Lake and offers easy access to snowmobile, ATV and hiking trails. For wintertime, 4 wheel drive is necessary. Sorry, no pets.
RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rental rates depend upon the season and holidays, weekends or weekdays, length of stay and number of people.
