The main floor also includes a queen bedroom with lake and mountain views and bath. The loft includes a sofa sleeper and bath. The downstairs has another queen bedroom with lake and mountain views, a bedroom with two twin bunk beds, TV room with flat screen TV and queen sofa/sleeper, luxurious bath with steam shower, plus a laundry room. Dock your boat at your private dock directly in front of the home. The only rental property of its kind on the shores of Grand Lake!
RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rental rates depend upon the season and holidays, weekends or weekdays, length of stay and number of people. The minimum night stay requirements also depend upon the season. LAST MINUTE DEALS AND SPECIALS MAY APPLY!
