Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kids liked the hot tub off their room and we spent time by the fireplace. Enjoyed the stay but more like a condo or duplex than a single family house. Garbage disposal leaked under the sink and needs to be repaired. Otherwise we were very comfortable, had a wonderful time and would go back again to the same property. Sol Vista--Nice! A guest from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in March, 2008 Fabulous, clean modern townhouse. It was very well appointed; all the conveniences you could want--gas fireplace, wireless network, kitchen supplies, abundant linens--I don't know how many flat screen TVs there were in the house! We had a two families staying there, and it was a good value, spacious and well situated near the Sol Vista mountain. A distant (20 minute) drive to Winter Park Resort, so I'm not sure I would want to stay there if you're planning on skiing there. The hot tub was a bit tricky to figure out how to work; we never got it beyond luke warm. Directions would have been nice. Otherwise, nothing to complain about and we were very happy with our stay.
