You don't have great views from the location but who stays in the condo while they are in the Smoky Mountains. The units I have stayed in were very clean with great layouts. I use to stay in motels and hotels but staying in a Condo makes the Vaction much more relaxing and comfortable. If you haven't tried a Condo just spend a little more and find out for yourself. In all honesty I was a little disappointed that this condo was not as well kept as the other units. Granted the pool side view has got to be more popular than the street view, but the stains on the walls and blind covers falling off the wall should be addressed. Please let the owners know what is going on with their unit, because they look like people who really care about their place. Desk mgr. told us the next day that they have had an ongoing problem with these people.Also, when departing on Sunday morning there was only one elevator in operation which caused a significant backup and wait when trying to transport items to our vehicle. This is a fairly new property so not only is it clean, all the amenities and furniture are very nice. It is about two blocks from the main strip so we were able to walk to the strip.
