King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Private balcony.This unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! New 46' flat screen tv and DVD player in the living room and a 34' flat screen in the master bedroom. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

We have stayed in a different condo each time. All of the condo's are very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The complex if very convenient to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. Once we arrive, we park our car and don't need to get back in until our departure. Everything is within a few minutes walk of the complex. The staff is very freindly and helpful. When something is needed, assistance is very timely. This is a place for the entire family. We plan on returning for another quick trip in the fall or early winter.
