Backyard private property? A guest from Highlands Ranch, 80130 does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2011 The neighbors from below the unit came upstairs to tell us that the river and area in front of her unit was private property, is that right?! The carpeting was stained and not very welcoming, cat litter odor, decor and furniture very 80's. Tape recorder deck included! On the flip side- location was awesome, nice view and soothing sounds from the creek and unit was spacious...only wished they had a Sofa-bed. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2011 All and all, a great experience due to the location of the property and the reason we were in town (Frisco BBQ Days). The following couple things were minor but inconveniences none the less. (1) wi-fi didn't work. We could connect to the wi-fi network, but no Internet Access. We didn't want to deal with the hassel of fixing so we didn't call to ask to have fixed.(2) one of the oven burners didn't work(3) signs in the apartment to self-clean when Wildernest didn't tell us anything about this.
