Location was great and complex was quiet and cozy. The only issue we found was that the outdoor hot tub did not work and the sauna was not working either. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2011 Unfortunately the first property was not prepared for rentals and so I had to wait for the agency to come out and then wait again while they switched me to another property. good thing that I did not have kids or a long drive to deal with.... I was shocked that there was not a salt and pepper shaker to be found or other basics. Having owned and rented in marina park I realize what a great deal my place was though pricier due to the amenities. having said this ... they did a great job putting in the shower in the master bath which was the best upgrade in the unit - could use some shampoo though. I could stay here with perhaps 4 people max as too small a space socially to hang out... overall good value for money.
