The second bath is equipped with a combination shower/tub. If youre of the mind, you can enjoy preparing and eating meals here. The large, airy kitchen has plenty of counter space, and the dining room which is just off the kitchen can seat eight. Check out the colorful, exciting art in the dining area. Youll want to take full advantage of the living room with its sofa, four easy chairs, stately stone fireplace, television, VCR, stereo and book selection. There is plenty of room to spread out board games or play a laidback (or intense) game of cards. Take some time to marvel at the exquisite quilts which are found throughout the house. If you enjoy the outdoors, there is a back patio with table, chairs, a charcoal grill and perfect views of the neighborhood wildlife. There is also a deck stretching along the front of the house. Feel free to stand there and watch the world go by or take a seat on the long wooden bench and think about staying a bit longer. If you enjoy walking or hiking, you will find more than enough challenging inclines and mountain views just outside your door. All Island Rentals properties are on or near one of the two golf courses (discount green fees available to renters) and have access to the recreation center and marina. Holiday Island is only five miles north of Eureka Springs where you can find fine dining, shopping, entertainment and more. Branson is only 45 minutes away.
