As you enter, you notice the expanse of warm tile that fills the entry, the dining area and the living room. This is ideal for all types of weather and all types of visitors, be they families with children or a group of all adults. The front bedroom has a queen bed and a chair for relaxation, reading or readying yourself for the day. The back bedroom offers a king bed, a comfortable chair, television and windows looking onto the golf course. These bedrooms share a bath that is adorned in tile of warm earth tones. It has a combination shower/tub. Lose yourself in the completeness of the master bedroom. With its king bed, easy chair, television, DVD player and access to the outdoor deck, you may not need much else except a bit of food. The attached bath offers a walk-in shower and is encased in more of that warm tile. Wood floors and stately tile counters await you in the kitchen. From there it’s just a few short steps to the dining area that can accommodate from six to eight diners. When evening comes or you simply want to spend some down time, look no further than the spacious living room. It is furnished with two sofas, two wide easy chairs, television, VCR/DVD, fireplace and doors onto the deck. Snuggle in for a cozy evening of conversation, entertainment, games or schedule planning. When you want to take your kicked-back attitude outdoors, the back deck is perfect. You will find lounge chairs, a bench seat and a table and chairs set which could be used for experiencing a meal outdoors. If you’re a golfer, you will love it. You are close enough to the ninth green to help the golfers read the breaks on their putts. Speaking of golf, if you are a golfer or enjoy other recreational activities, the 9-hole golf course and recreation center are less than a one-minute walk across the street. This unit offers a covered carport and a gas grill. All Island Rentals properties are on or near one of the two golf courses (discount green fees available to renters) and have access to the recreation center and marina. Holiday Island is only five miles north of Eureka Springs where you can find fine dining, shopping, entertainment and more. Branson is only 45 minutes away.
