Description
There is an elegance and stateliness to beautiful tile and this unit personifies that look in classic Holiday Island fashion. It is a classy two-bedroom, two-bath townhome that sits on the ninth hole of the island golf course. It can comfortably sleep four while providing plenty of room, a feeling of home, access to everything the island has to offer, beautiful vistas and more. The front bedroom has a queen bed and comfortable chair. The nearby bath has a combination shower/tub and is adorned with beautiful new tile on the floor and walls. Check out the master bedroom with its king bed, chair, television, DVD/VCR player, access to the outdoor deck and beautiful golf course view. The accompanying bath comes with a combination shower/tub and has recently received the new tile treatment you will find in both bathrooms. The first thing that strikes you as you enter the kitchen is the warm, stylish floor tile. The fully equipped kitchen is well suited for preparing any meal on your menu. When you are ready to eat, the dining area can handle six. Once you park yourself in the living room, you may not want to move for the remainder of your stay. It is open and spacious while feeling cozy and conducive to all activities. It is furnished with a leather sofa and love seat, two large recliner chairs, television, DVD, VCR and fireplace. You should have no difficulty settling into euphoric relaxation. If there is any place on the property that may draw you from the comforts of the living room, it is the outdoor deck. This huge expanse is equipped with a table, chairs, lounge chair and bench seat. Those things are there simply to give you a place for which to ooh and aah over the scenery. Youll be sitting just a few feet above the gorgeous green grass of the golf course. In the near distance, you can view the mountains. Look about the area during certain times of the day and youll have a chance to watch deer frolic, eagles and geese soar over head and maybe catch sight of a few other northwest Arkansas critters. If you want to fully enjoy the outdoor dining experience, there is a gas grill. When youre ready for some golf, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoes, basketball, swimming or miniature golf, youre in the right place. You can walk there in less than two minutes. All Island Rentals properties are on or near one of the two golf courses (discount green fees available to renters) and have access to the recreation center and marina. Holiday Island is only five miles north of Eureka Springs where you can find fine dining, shopping, entertainment and more. Branson is only 45 minutes away.
