Living room/Dining room offer a fantabulous view of Yellow Birch Lake. Walkout patio door to lakeview deck with furniture & gas grill.

The kitchen furnished to prepared a gourmet meal or quick bite before heading out on the lake. Even a dishwasher to speed up the clean up...you're on vacation after all! The bath off the kitchen also has a washer & dryer.

Outside there is a fire ring for nightly marshmallow roasts; lawn furniture; picnic table; pier on Yellow Birch.


Additional Notes:
A 35% deposit is required within 7 days of securing the reservation. The balance of the rental stay fee is due 45 days prior to check in.

All cancellations need to be made thirty (30) days prior to check in. A full refund will be given upon re-rental of the cottage. If the cottage is not re-rented no monies will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation less than thirty (30) days NO REFUND.

There is a $500 security deposit taken in the form of a credit card pre-authorization. Renter understands that should any damage occur that exceeds the $500 that amount is the renters responsibility.

NO EARLY CHECK IN'S. Late check ins' MUST be prearranged by calling the rental office directly at 715.479.1411.

Check in is at the Bayside Lodging Rental Office located 1.5 miles south of Eagle River, Wisconsin on Hwy 45 S. Complete directions to the office will be provided with confirmation of reservation
