This extensively remodeled cottage has 3 bedrooms/1 bath. The country family feel to the cottage features patch work quilts on the beds. One bedroom is more like a family room bunk house with several types of beds. Great for late night sessions of popcorn & reminising!

Don't be fooled by the country family feel, this cottage has all the creature features.....completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, living room with leather furnishings & digital TV separate dining room with woods/lakeview & all updated bathrooms.

Walk outside to the porch with overhang so enjoy there area rain or shine. What a view! Dining table & chairs to relax for lunch ar a beverage at the end of the day. Or maybe if you are an early riser a cup of hot steamy coffee.

Outside the fun begins. Benches surround the fire ring. Just imagine a marshmallow roast at dark! Or a hot dog or brat over the fire. Grilled on a stick...just like summer camp! Wooded path to the lake to your boat docked at the pier or maybe a dip in the lake for a swim. Indian Lake has great fishing!!!!!

SPLIT WEEK RENTAL
1/2 of the weekly rental

A 35% deposit is required within 7 days of securing the reservation. The balance of the rental stay fee is due 45 days prior to check in.

All cancellations need to be made thirty (30) days prior to check in. A full refund will be given upon re-rental of the cottage. If the cottage is not re-rented no monies will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation less than thirty (30) days NO REFUND.

There is a $500 security deposit taken in the form of a credit card pre-authorization. Renter understands that should any damage occur that exceeds the $500 that amount is the renters responsibility.

NO EARLY CHECK IN'S. Late check ins' MUST be prearranged by calling the rental office directly at 715.479.1411.

Check in is at the Bayside Lodging Rental Office located 1.5 miles south of Eagle River, Wisconsin on Hwy 45 S. Complete directions to the office will be provided with confirmation of reservation.
