This beautiful new vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths plus a very comfortable upstairs loft. The house has a very warm ambiance with hardwood floors, wood accents throughout, gold tone paint in the main living area, and a beautiful new stainless steel kitchen. There is a wrap around covered porch to relax on, barbeque and enjoy the day.

Each of the three bedrooms have queen size beds. The downstairs living area has a full size futon. The loft has a large sectional couch for relaxing and watching movies. The master bath includes a 2 person soaking tub which is fantastic after those cold winter ski days, long summer hikes or for an evening of romance.

The house is equipped with cable TV and DVD player, DVDs, games, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all kitchen amenities. Everything is provided. Small dogs are okay with a $100 non-refundable pet fee.

Member of Snowshoe Springs Homeowners Association. Snowshoe Springs lake is less than a half mile from the house. This is a nice small lake for an afternoon swim. Located close to the river, wineries, lakes, golfing, caverns, Bear Valley Ski Resort and Stanislaus National Forest

Everything you need is there for cooking, relaxing, entertainment. I only have on minor comment - the cabin sleeps 8, but the table only seats 6, so it was a little challenging, especially when there are 8 adults. But we made it work, and that was half the fun.
