This very unique and spacious 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom executive vacation rental has been uniquely decorated with a modern style throughout. The villa is situated in the upscale community of Legacy Park which is conveniently located just 10 minutes West of Disney's Theme Parks.

There is a King Master En-Suite bedroom and 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, (one is en-suite), additionally there are 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, sleeping a maximum of 10 guests total. All bedrooms have Tv's and some even have DVD Players.

The full size fully equipped kitchen is great to prepare your breakfast before heading to the parks or cooking a nice family meal to enjoy together. This will save you money as well.

The main living room has a flat screen TV and DVD Player for your enjoyment, there is an additional seating area as well. There is fantastic loft area that has been converted to a games area including a pool table and air hockey table, this allows your family to be entertained but still in the cool air of the home and not in a hot garage like most of the vacation rentals have.

Outside there is a large extended sun deck, covered patio and quality table and umbrella with chairs and plenty of sun loungers to soak up the Florida sun. There are no rear neighbors so you will not be directly overlooked while enjoying the pool and spa. (Pool heat, extra)

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, late check-out can be booked at a fee, please call main office for more information. Most of our homes have free WIFI and unlimited calls to all US, Canada, Puerto Rico and most international countries. Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters. All of our homes have been certified by VRPCertifications.
