Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters. All of our homes have been certified by VRPCertifications.
