East View is a large single storey air conditioned home that was completely refurnished to executive standard in April 2011. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en suite). There is a family room, dining room, large open plan kitchen and breakfast nook, living room and brand new games room. Outside is a pool, spa and large patio area. It sleeps up to ten people.

The house was built in 2005 and refurnished in 2011. It is situated on one of the premier resorts in the area just minutes from I 4 and only 30 minutes from Orlando international airport. The Disney complex is twenty minutes by car.

The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan to supplement the air conditioning. There is a king size bed, 26” TV which receives the same cable package as the rest of the house, walk in wardrobe and large en suite bathroom with circular bath, walk in shower and separate toilet.

Bedroom two has a queen size bed, a 26” TV as per the master bedroom and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms three and four each have two single beds, 19” TV’s that receive all the cable channels and they share a third bathroom.

The family room has a three seat sofa/sleeper and two comfy chairs with views to the front of the house. Radio but no TV this room is an ideal retreat from the often noisy kitchen/living room/pool area at the back of the house!

The dining room has a six seat formal dining table and a feeling of spaciousness is created by the modern open plan design and vaulted ceiling.

The kitchen comes complete with high quality utensils and all the crockery/cutlery you might need. There is an electric cooker with halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and American fridge with filtered water and ice maker. The breakfast nook has a table which seats four and opposite is a desk, chair and reading lamp.

The living room opens out to the pool at the back of the house and has a seven seater settee and a 47” TV (cable) with blu ray player.

The games room was installed in April 2011. It is carpeted and includes electric air hockey, a pool table, foosball and an electronic dartboard. The washer and dryer are also in this room behind the louvre doors!

Outside the pool and spa have a safety net to safeguard young children and a large patio area with four recliners, two comfy chairs with footstools, a table with umbrella and four further chairs. It is East facing and has open views across fields.

The house also benefits from FOC Wifi and free international telephone calls.

Solana is a gated community and is one of only a few in the area to include a Club House. The club house has a large pool and spa with plenty of sunbeds, a games room, gym and tikki bar.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, late check-out can be booked at a fee, please call main office for more information. Most of our homes have free WIFI and unlimited calls to all US, Canada, Puerto Rico and most international countries. Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters. All of our homes have been certified by VRPCertifications.
