Choose from 2 to 4 bedroom condos or town homes, or 3 to 7 bedroom homes with private pools. Dining and shopping choices are just a short drive away. Golf courses abound, with all levels of play to choose from. All Disney parks are no more than 10 miles away, with SeaWorld and Aquatica just as close. Universal Studios is about 17 miles away, a short drive on Interstate 4. Polk County offers many diverse things to do such as Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower and all kinds of water sports on the hundreds of lakes. Whether you are coming to Orlando for business or pleasure, this community has what you are looking for. There is a 150.00 USD non-refundable pet fee.
