There is a fully equipped kitchen and the lounge has a large flat screen TV and DVD player. This home is a mid unit and has the largest floor plan on the resort. The resort itself has 2 pool, a lazy river, water slide, games room, gym, spa, sauna, bar and restaurant. A $10 per home per day resort usage fee is applied on arrival by the resort management.

Regal Palms - Terra Largo Disappointment Kerwin B. from Yellowknife, NT does not recommend this property. Stayed for 10 days in March, 2012 Worst part of the vacation, was all the college kids there for vacation. According to the Rental Agency, they don't rent to persons under 18. However that is only on a few of the units that they look after. There is at least 50% of the units run by the resort or another rental agency. Due to Spring Break there was College Kids everywhere, running, yelling, jumping out of windows, partying all night. Then if you wanted to relax by the pool, they were all there too taking over the pool. Quite a disappointment. We only visited the Resort Facilities 2-3 times because of this. Now According to policy, you are charged $10.00 a day for use of the pool. We stayed 10 days, and were charged $100.00 (+tax), even though we only used the pool 2-3 times. Again another disappointment. No Internet access in the town houses, only WiFi Access is with in 5 feet of the lounge. Business center charges for access to the internet. Even Hotels don't charge for this. Location to amenities, such as shopping, restaurants, Disney, Universal Studios, is not as close as you think. According to the advertisement, only 15 mins to Disney. Not the case - unless you have clear traffic and your vehicle will do 100 mph. Overall very disappointing - I would not recommend this resort to anyone, and will not stay here again. Florida September A guest from commerce twp, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2011 We were not given lock-box combo so had to stand in 90 degree weather for 15 minutes waiting - finally went to front desk and got the number. Also no toilet paper in two bathrooms upon arrival. No AT&T cell reception at all. Bathtub was plugged up in one bathroom but they were very good in getting it fixed. Other than that stay was pretty good. I also don't think you should have to take time on departure to strip beds, empty garbage etc - have not had to do that anywhere else. Awful experience A guest from Destrehan, lousiana does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2011 Upon check in at 1:00 am we were exhausted and ready to sleep in a clean comfortable bed. Instead, we spent the next hour changing sheets that were full of hair, removing a filthy comforter and locating a small blanket to sleep under. The dishes, ice tray and trash can were filthy! If, after all thus wasn't enough, someone entered our condo twice while we were gone. The 2nd time, my husband's rx were stolen. A nightmare!
