The Curbstone Cabin is located just north of Darby on the scenic upper bench of the western foothills of the Bitterroot Mountains. Approximately 18 miles south of Hamilton and 65 miles from Missoula, the cabin's location is a nice mix of getting away from it all and maintaining good access to lots of goods and services.

**The Cabin**

The cabin features 3 bedrooms on one level. The master suite is huge with a king sized bed and large windows looking out at the stunning mountain views surrounding the property.  The suite includes a private fireplace constructed of curbstones from Montana's historic mining town of Butte, as well as a private bathroom with a jetted tub.

The second bedroom with a queen sized bed and the third bedroom with twin bunks are located on the other end of the cabin near the second bathroom that features a shower.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your group to prepare memorable meals that can be shared at the incredible dining table that looks at the spectacular Bitterroot Mountains through several huge picture windows. The adjoining living area completes a huge great room that defines this custom cabin and will create lasting memories for all who visit.

As with the fireplace in the master bedroom, curbstones from the old streets of Butte, MT were used to construct the fireplace in the living room and the outdoor fireplace on the back deck that overlooks miles of private cattle ranch and the surrounding mountains.

**The Property**

The cabin sits high in the foothills of the valley and offers spectacular views in all directions.  You’ll be surrounded by the massive Bitterroot Mountains and the scenic Sapphire Mountains in one of Montana’s most picturesque locations.

The area around Darby is world famous for fly fishing, hunting, hiking, and some of the most scenic views in the country. The charming town of Darby is only minutes away and offers a genuine old time Montana town with boardwalks, unique shops, restaurants and groceries.

The Curbstone Cabin is as authentic a Montana property as you will find and it's loaded with quality western furnishings and decor. Its unique location, expansive views, and great access to hunting, fishing and hiking make this cabin a great choice for your Montana experience.
