The farmhouse develops on three levels and has been lovingly and knowingly restored respecting the typical Tuscan style and equipped with every modern comfort in order to ensure a relaxing holiday. Once can reach all levels from the outside. Internally the first and second floor are connected.
The property can accommodate 10 people.
The ground floor has a large kitchen /dining room with fireplace, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and one single room.
On the first floor, one finds the entrance sitting/dining room with fireplace and view of Cortona, separate kitchen, two double bedrooms with view of Cortona and bathroom with Jacuzzi.
The second floor hosts a small entrance, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a single room.

The garden of the Villa is fenced and hosts a private pool (12x5) surrounded olive trees, vines and scented lavender. From almost every corner of the house one can enjoy a wonderful panorama of Cortona itself and of the whole Val di Chiana. Cortona can be reached on foot (3km).
Already San Francesco di Assisi discovered this enchanting corner of Tuscany. He founded the monastery “Le Celle” which is situated ca. 100 meters from the villa.

Cortona is a strategic base for discovering the beauty of some of the most important centers in Tuscany and Umbria, not to mention the artistic and cultural patrimony which Cortona itself has to offer.
There are trains, at 6 km, which will take you to Florence, Rome, Arezzo, Perugia and Assisi.
