Unit Description:
This 2 bedroom condo w/ a direct view of the beach includes a full kitchen, dining area and living room. All cooking and serving utensils are provided. An ethernet cable is required to use the Internet. Guests must bring own pool/beach towels and shampoo.

Overall Property Description:
Island House Condominiums are all individually owned so no two units are exactly alike. The few things they do have in common is the comfort of home, the sound of the waves, and full kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, blenders, toasters, pots and pans, utensils, bowls, and plates. We have 2 elevators on the property for your convenience as well as a heated pool- during winter months- as well as a coined laundry room and gas barbecue pits for those Texas sized steaks and grilled shrimp.

Minimum age required at check-in is 25.

We will have major construction from 09/12/2011 to 12/16/2011 and no beachfront rooms will be available for rent during this time frame. Please note that there may be construction noise at this time from Mon-Fri 9am - 5 pm. Island House is a no pet and non-smoking in units property. USD 1500.00 will be assessed for any violations.
