The villa sleeps 8-10 is furnished to a high standard with all the comforts of home - a fully fitted & equipped kitchen, all bedrooms, in addition to the Living room and den, have TV, large bright living room, air-conditioning, formal and informal dining areas, a den with games, toys, x-box and a full size Futon sofa-bed for extra sleeping space if needed, and an open aspect to the rear enhancing it's privacy; the pool can be heated and the deck is fully furnished with loungers, recliners and table/chairs for al-fresco dining, there is a double garage and laundry area, our home also has hi-speed internet, free telephone calls for guests, cable TV, DVD players (living room, Master and guest Master bedrooms) and a Pack-N-Play and highchair at no extra cost. Clear Creek is a delightful quiet community conveniently located one and one half miles north of US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27, the commute time to Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and takeaway pizza (who also deliver free). There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe’s that is just south at Cagan’s Crossing and restaurants across the Highway in a newly constructed strip mall. US Highway 192 is famous for the many unique souvenir shops, miniature golf courses, including Orange Lake Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer, and restaurants that are too numerous to mention! You will never run out of things to do and you will be only minutes away from your peaceful haven at Clear Creek.
