Although this 1 bed/1 bath poolside condo does not have a balcony or view of the gulf, it is only a few steps away from the beach. The unit offers a queen bed, sleeper sofa in the living room, a kitchen with a mini-fridge and dining area for four.

Overall Property Description:
While in Belleair, you are within minutes of many fine restaurants, entertainment and shopping complexes. Famous Clearwater Beach is only minutes away, offering many varieties of sight-seeing tours, endless beach and souvenir shopping and Pier 60, which includes an outdoor skating rink and numerous other activities.

Resort hours are Monday 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9am-12pm and 1pm-5pm, Friday-Saturday 9am-12pm and 1pm-9pm, Sunday CLOSED. If arriving on Sunday, please call 1-727-517-2582 for lock box code. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. There is departure cleaning only. Please note that a USD 95.00 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in.
