This oversized condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths as well as a full pullout bed in the living room. The condo also comes with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, TV, DVD player, large washer and dryer, and screened porch with patio seating.

Tuscana Condominium Resort is located in the golf community of Champions Gate, FL just 10 min from Disney World, off exit 58 on I-4, ideally located just 15 min from Sea World and Universal Studios and within 30 min of the newest attraction Legoland Florida. Each condo has offers a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, Internet access and everything youâ??ll need to have a wonderful stay with us. The resort offers free internet access in the clubhouse and pool area, free parking, a 20 seat movie theater, a complimentary business center, a fitness center and $1 DVD movie rentals. The Tuscana Tavern offers delicious dishes and drinks, all reasonably priced. The pool area features our heated pool surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and when the sun gets too hot, you can relax in our poolside cabanas. Tuscana also offers a hot tub, a childrenâ??s pool with fountain and Spa services upon reservations. We offer a scheduled shuttle to Magic Kingdom. Other on-site amenities include vending machines, ATM and property security. All reservations for less than 5 nights are subject to a one time cleaning fee of USD 35.00 for 1 and 2 BR and USD 45.00 for the 3 BR. At check in, we require each room to have a USD 300.00 authorization on a major credit card or a USD 39.00 non-refundable PPP.

Our resort is pet friendly. There is a USD 250.00 non-refundable pet fee for pets 20lbs or less/up to 2 pets. The front desk is open Tuesday through Saturday 8am to 12am- Sunday from 10am to 9pm and Monday from 8am to 9pm. Please note that for all reservations for less than 5 nights there is a one time housekeeping fee of USD 35.00 for the 1 and 2BR- and USD 45.00 for the 3BR or a USD 39.00 non-refundable PPP.
