This little farm house, fully restored, is located in the heart of Tuscany, perfect location for excursions to Florence (27 km or 16.7 miles), Siena (35 km or 21.7 miles), San Gimignano (25 km or 15.5 miles), and pretty towns such as Castellina, Greve, Radda and Gaiole in Chianti.

It is on the top of a hill in a panoramic position from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and the incredible Tuscan sunsets.

The residence consists of two buildings, both facing onto a courtyard. There are ten apartments of different sizes and most have wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.

Guests can enjoy a sunny swimming pool overlooking the valley.  It's the place where you will relax and refresh at the end of a day spent in the Tuscan countryside or in a city of art.  Other shared areas include a garden with terraces equipped with tables, chairs, sun beds and sun shades, and a table tennis room.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-April until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Kitchen
The ceiling of the kitchen is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television. The kitchen has a window with a view of the countryside.
Bedroom 1
The ceiling of the bedroom is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are simple. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
