Watauga Lake is at the end of your private gently sloping lawn. Run right into the lake or fish from the dock. Keep your boat at the dock - or rent one from Fish Springs Marina to keep during your stay.

This modern home 2500 sq ft home has an open floor plan with one wheelchair accessible bedroom and bath on the first floor and two other bedrooms and baths on the second floor. There is also an office area upstairs and wireless DSL throughout the house.

Fully equipped for even the most discerning chef the kitchen has top of the line appliances plus some staples the cook might need. And to save precious vacation time we offer a shopping service - just give us a list 48 hours prior to arrival and we will have everything you want on the shelves and in the frig for cost plus 15%.

Quiet with no immediate neighbors, the Lake House is centrally located for many outdoor activities: hiking the Appalachian Trail, biking the Virginia Creeper Trail, golfing at Red Tail Mountain, and of course, boating, swimming and fishing right off your private dock.

Dog fees: $50.00 for one dog, $75 for 2 and $100 for 3

No cleaning fee is charged as long as the home is left in the same condition as on arrival except no need to make beds! We'll do that.

One third is required for deposit, balance due is negotiable. No refunds within 60 days of arrival unless home can be rerented.

Credit card on file will be charged in case of excess damage.
