entry level 3BR (1600 SF) 2 bath, both have best view of the river. All units are water front
and the Laughlin casinos are directly across the river. Catch the water taxi across the river
to the casinos. Both units sleep 6 very comfortably. Available to reserve by the day,
week, or longer.

Secured gated Condominium Community is located on the Colorado River across from the
popular resort and gaming town of Laughlin Nevada. Bullhead City, with it's near perfect
weather, is an excellent place for the weekender, winter visitor, or permanent resident. It's
recreational living at it's finest with several golf courses, wonderful fishing in the Colorado
River or Lake Mohave, and a vast amount of desert for the 4 wheeler or wildlife admirer.
You can feast your eyes on the breath taking views of the casino lights and magnificent
mountains from every unit. Set sail from the Boat Launch and leave your watercraft at the
Boat Docking Facilities while you BBQ in the Picnic Area or spend the day relaxing at the
Pool, Spa, or Beach. Done for the day or back from an RV trip. Park your vehicle or toys in
a secure area.
