Home boasts views from Peak One (Frisco) to Peak Seven (Breckenridge Ski Resort). Home is just over two miles from town. The hot tub looks out to the Ten Mile Range and the open space borders the home. In the summer, the flume nature trail is a terrific mountain biking and hiking trail with the entrance next to the home. In the winter the trail is perfect for cross country skiing or snowshoeing. Home also has a heated two-car garage.

The first thing we noticed was that there had been a pet in the house, and if we're not allowed to bring our pets we'd prefer not to put up with other's pet hair. The other thing we felt we had to mention was the was less than clean this year...However, on the bright side, when the dishwasher quit on us, it was called in to Summit and it was handled efficiently and in a very timely manner!!!
