Spruce Ridge Lodge is nestled right in the heart of the mountains. Upon entry the double doors bring you into the lap of all American luxury. The home?s thoughtfully designed floor plan offers numerous spaces for gracious entertaining. Spruce Ridge Lodge will make you feel like a kid again.
The sprawling floor plan of the 4,000 square foot home is ideal for entertaining family and friends. The interior combines city sophistication with western embellishments. The two story stone fireplace in the living room is the focal point of a comfortable conversation pit. Accenting the fireplace are cathedral ceilings and large wrap-around windows presenting mountain views. The views may also be enjoyed from the outdoor hot tub located on the deck off the living room. Flanking the living room is a dining room featuring antique pine dining table with seating for 8 and more wrap-around windows. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar and the sunny kitchen dining alcove. The "chef" in your group will enjoy the gourmet kitchen with oversized refrigerator, professional stove/oven and many other amenities.
Located on the main level is the master bedroom with king bed, TV/VCR and large private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. Overlooking the living room is a large loft area with sleeper sofa, easy chair, gas fireplace, Foosball game table and alcove with Captain's bunks plus upper loft with queen mattress (accessed via wall ladder). Bedrooms two and three are also located on this level. Each bedroom has is a king master with a private bath and TV. The lower level can almost be a separate apartment by itself with a fourth bedroom, den and full kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed, full bath and the separate den has a day bed (2 twins), TV/VCR and a breakfast bar.

The home is lovely and very comfortable and suits our family to a T, with separate dining spaces for the adults and children, but close by enough to monitor what is going on. The location, is a short walk to the bus route and is doable even with two yr. olds. Easy access to town and house is nicely appointed. A few more wine glasses would be appreciated but figure some must have gotten broken by previous guests and wasn't noted. All in all, a great house and location and the agency, Summit Mtn.
