Step onto hiking and snowshoeing trails right from your driveway in the summer. Two local favorites include scaling Quandary Peak in summer, and Nordic skiing up McCullough Gulch in winter.

You’ll want to spend as much time outside as possible, with this mountain home’s beautiful deck, complete with a barbecue grill and private hot tub. Indoor time will be cherished, too, as you sink into the cozy couch by the wood-burning stove with a good book.
