The spacious remodeled living room has an open floor plan with full kitchen, gas fireplace and view of nice, forest setting. Floor to ceiling windows brings plenty of light into this 3rd floor unit.
Master bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has a two sets of extra long twin bunds. Sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeps max 7 guests.
Complimentary WIFI available in unit.
Central laundry facility. Guests have seasonal access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just a short walk from the complex. Each condo has access to one parking spot in the open lot. However, this is a great location for those without cars as well!
Seasonal shared pool & hot tub use. No access between Easter to July 1 and from October to Thanksgiving.

Stayed for 4 days in March, 2012 My friends and I had not been to Breckenridge before, so we did not know what to expect. The friendly staff at SMR were very helpful in finding the type of unit we needed in the location we desired. The Tamarisk condo we chose was just as promised. Clean, affordable, and close to the ski resort (Breck). When we arrived we found the condo to be clean and very 'cozy,' just like you'd imagine a winter ski home should be. We were very happy to find the free shuttle to Peak 9/Beaver Run was literally footsteps away from the Tamarisk. (the shuttle was a short 5-10 minute ride to the ski lift). I would definitely recommend SMR and the Tamarisk to travelers interested in a clean, affordable condo in Breckenridge. Summit Mountain Rentals is greatness. A guest from Colleyville, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2010 We stayed in Tamarisk 304 and everything was great. There are only a couple of things that would have enhanced our stay a little bit; not being on the 3rd floor, being a shorter distance to the ski area, and the condo should have basic things like spices, condiments, foil, etc. Overall, though, it was a very nice place to stay and the people at Summit Mountain Rentals were absolutely the best thoughout the whole process.
