The main floor features a queen bedroom, bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, eating area, living area with satellite TV, gas log fireplace and screen porch. There are several picnic tables on the screen porch for dining out in the fresh air. The lower level has a game room with a combo air hockey/pool table, card table, satellite TV and queen size sleeper sofa. There's also a small bedroom with bunk beds that will be great for the kids along with a full bathroom. French doors in the front of the game room leads to the hot tub, swing and pond. What a rip off! Falsely advertised! Reviewed by: Kristen y. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2011 Beware of this rental. This management company is looking to RIP YOU OFF. We booked a 4 bedroom cabin that was advertised at $165/nt. We were then charged an add?l per person charge for having more than four guests. (isn?t that the point of renting a 4 bedroom cabin?) We paid the additional fee and extras making this more like a $265/nt rental. Our reservation was confirmed and paid prior to our arrival. The confirmation was for a 4 bedroom cabin with HOT tub. When we arrived, we discovered we only had access to 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom (actually the ?master? is a separate apartment over the garage and was LOCKED). We called the management company thinking that there had been an oversight and the problem could be quickly resolved. The management person (ANA) told us that she didn?t know what our problem was and that 3 bedrooms were sufficient for the number in our party. When we brought to her attention that we had contracted for a four bedroom cabin, Ms. Ana told us that ?we were difficult people? and that we got what we had paid for. When we continued to question the arrangements, Ana told us we would need to pay over $250 more to have access to the fourth bedroom. When we questioned about the price they threatened to evict us, continued to be rude, and told us she couldn?t figure out what the problem was. When we continued to try to discuss the situation, she repeatedly hung up on us. In addition to this debacle, the hot tub was also NOT WORKING and according to the house keeper has been having issues for three months. The HOT TUB NEVER REALLY GOT HOT. THIS IS NOT AS 4 bedroom cabin rental for $165 a night as advertised. Maybe the owner should investigate his/her management company?s practices as the cabin is in a nice area with horseback riding right across the street. FIX THE HOT TUB, FIRE ANA, and tell your next management company to learn what customer service is. The location in beautiful Cashes Valley is very peaceful, and I loved hearing the roosters crowing in the distance and the horses neighing right next door. The master suite could use a TV, and the pull out sofa downstairs needs a new mattress. Other than those minor issues, everything was perfection! The manager was very responsive to phone calls. However, we have a pet on a very strict diet. She found a chicken bone somewhere in the main living room of the cabin. It appeared to be an old bone. We went white water rafting. We used whild water adventures. They were wonderful. We also went tubing and horse back riding.The horse back riding was right around the corner, about two drive ways over. I look forward to coming back next year.
