Not Likely to Return Cindy S. from Kelowna, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2012 Our family went up last Thursday for a relaxing weekend away. Unfortunately a bus tour arrived and continued to party through out the weekend. Although we didn't complain about the noise on Friday night, Saturday night someone came to our door at 6 pm while my husband and I were out. Our children were playing the xbox when a man came to the door, swearing to break it down because he knew there was a party inside. He continued to utter threats - scaring my children. When I spoke to Rentchalet about it when we checked out I felt that they certainly did not value my business. We likely will not be using Rentchalet again in the future due to the quality of guests in the building and the lack of customer service shown by Rentchalet. Stayed for 8 days in December, 2011 It was a true ski in and ski out where all family members could ski in and out no matter what the level. Very close to village for shopping and kids lessons. Clean room and nice kitchen area with large bedrooms. Nice underground parking that was warm. Nice safe feeling as all doors around facility were locked. Friendly staff. The kids loved the play and movie area. They showed good movies. Comfy couches. The ski slopes were great!! Would stay again. Stonegate Condo in Bw Feb 2010 Reviewed by: J P. recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in February, 2010 This apartment is ideally placed for everything. The only slight complaint we would make regards the cleaning - this is a bit hit or miss - bedding was not changed when it should have been and when we asked for clean bedding one day they did leave it but on the dining room table so we had to do it ourselves! Having said all that the cleaning staff were all very pleasant and helpful if you managed to see them.
