Access to the village is by a 10 minute walk on the road or by the free shuttle bus, which will take you to the Village or Happy Valley.

You have access to one stall in the heated underground garage and there is one stall at the front of the unit. Excess parking is at Happy Valley.

The unit is on the 2nd floor and is a corner unit. There is an elevator in the building.

Once inside the unit you are directly into the the hallway with the living room to the left. The living room is equipped with a flat screen HDTV with StarChoice satellite, Sony PS3 with games, and a dvd/blue ray player with a selection of movies.

The bedroom is located directly across from the entrance and has a king bed and a flat screen HDTV with StarChoice satellite. To the right of the entrance is the bathroom.

There are 2 communal hot tubs on the 3rd floor of the building. Both seat 8 persons.
