Just about 15 minutes from the Village and Skiing!! Enjoy the Mountain life while staying in this wonderfully decorated mountain style cabin! The property has 2 bedrooms plus a large loft. The kitchen is Fully Equipped with a large Dining Table including a Breakfast Bar. Enjoy a quiet evening by the fireplace on the wrap around couch while watching your favorite movie. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs each with a Queen Bed and a twin roll away. Upstairs is a 1/2 Bath and in the loft is another Queen Bed and a Double Bed with TV/VCR. Outside the back door is a Jaccuzzi in the fully fenced back area! Rent Bear Pad next door for a large retreat! Night Minimums may apply during the Holiday Times! Should be called "Mouse" Pad, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Mary B. from Aliso Viejo, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2010 Donna was very helpful at the rental agency,but she was the only one.The photos were deceiving.Cabin appeared to be under renovation:exposed wall boards,loose baseboards,light fixtures that didn't work.This should have been disclosed. Low cost so didn't expect fancy furnishings, but should have at least been CLEAN!Mouse droppings in drawers/cupboards,dirty pots/pans/ coffee pot/top of stove;cobwebs;filty bath mat/hair on bathroom floor;found 2 extra space heaters, one didn't work (was told by rental agent that was an "amenity" they didn't have to provide, so the fact that it didn't work was irrelevant);hot tub with no directions on how to operate,we never did get it above 95 degrees.Don't look under beds or inside hide-a-bed in couch unless you are brave.I provided all of this info to property manager so it may have been fixed;but for the amount of $$ it cost to stay there, I was horribly disappointed and would never stay there again.When I discussed this with property management at the end of our stay,she was argumentative and acted as if she didn't believe me. I offered to return to the unit with her to show her personally but she declined. They did offer to try to get me a 10% discount since the hot tub didn't work, but couldn't guarantee I would receive it. A guest from Whittier, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2009 The property was cute and clean, but needed to be updated! It appeared like they were in the process as the walls in the living room and one of the bedrooms had only drywall! The beds were old and uncomfortable! We had a parking problem with the neighbors and the property manager came out on a Saturday night to try and resolve the problem, which I thought was good customer service! Although the problem was fixed I thought it could have been handled a better way! Overall I dont think that I would stay at this property again! Stayed for 3 days in January, 2009 There were dirty dishes in the sink, it seems they were remodeling, because there were materials visible. There was a lot of trash under the beds. There were so many rules on leaving the property clean but the vaccuum is not working, BBQ grill was dirty. So scared to open the cover of the jacuzzi because it looks so dirty. Unfortunately, many things were broken, including the couch bed, the upstairs toilet, and various things around the house. The house was also partially under construction. We called the management, and they didn't respond. I sent an email with everything that was wrong after our stay, and requested a reimbursement, which they gave a few weeks later. Pans filled with rusty water..Broken space heaters.. Circuit breaker kept going off leaving us in the dark freezing. Would never return or rent this home for my worst enemy...Awful. We even left a day early. The management tried to help by bring new pans and clean sheets, but at that point who cared.
