The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 on stools at the kitchen counter. The dining room has patio doors leading to a deck with a wet bar and patio furniture. There is a second living area/family room just off the kitchen with a queen sleeper sofa, 2 comfortable arm chairs, satellite TV and VCR/DVD player. There is a 3/4 bathroom adjacent to this family room.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a satellite TV. The room features large windows and two glass doors ? one leading to the hot tub room and the other to an outside deck. There is a full bathroom off this bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a glass door leading outside to the deck. The third bedroom has a bunk bed which is a double on the bottom and a twin on top. This bedroom also has its own outside door to the deck. There is a full bathroom near these two bedrooms.

The house has a large backyard and a flat driveway with easy year-round access. Guests have access to the one-car garage. The home offers internet service and has a full-size washer and dryer.

There is an additional fee of $250 for use of the hot tub.


This home may have a minimum night stay based on seasonality and availability.
