Meaning that those who slept on the bottom floor were way too cold while those above were too hot. The only reason it didn't rate all 5 stars was that the stove was not working.The Italian matriarch of the family was limited in her cooking. Other than that they had a great stay. The original work order was created early July. It took them over a month to order a part and install. The stove was in working order the day after check-in.
