Sleeping at the 4th room below the garage was cold. overall great! However from the comment, it sounded as though it was not sufficient. The office has put in a larger heater. A guest from Antioch, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2010 We felt there was plenty of room for all of us, except the kitchen-which was tight quarters. We liked the mud room. It was nice to have a place for boots, ski's, etc. But we did not like the steep stairs. Since we did not have garage access, it make it very difficult to carry heavy luggage & food up & down the stairs. We were not aware of this-good thing no one was physically challenged in our group.
