You won`t be giving up creature comforts to enjoy this dog friendly Tahoe rental cabin. You will enjoy the towering evergreens as you relax in the sun on more than 700 sq. ft. of decks. Use the gourmet gas grill for a mountain air BBQ. Soak in the outdoor hot tub or share special times with family and friends around the gas campfire ring. With just the push of a button, warm by the cozy living room fire. Gather around the dining table for games while a CD plays in the background. Or watch cable TV, DVD`s or videos. The fully equipped kitchen with its new gas range, microwave oven and stone counters makes dining in a pleasure. There is a ping pong table in the garage for kids and adults alike.

8 to 12 can be accommodated in comfort and style. The Oak Leaf master bedroom with a king bed and the Pinecone full bath are on the ground floor. Upstairs, the Forest Fern bedroom offers a queen and a double bed. Camp Run-A-Muck is a large dorm style room with 2 single-over double bunk beds, a foosball table, TV, VCR and CD stereo. There is a full bath on the 2nd floor.

In the winter, guest will enjoy being nearly equal distant to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley and at the same time being between Kings Beach and Tahoe City. Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase discount lift tickets through our office to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$14 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption. Please email us for more information.

In the summer, the home is within walking distance of a dog friendly beach (Patton Beach), miniature golf course, Sierra Boat, 7-11, CB`s Pizza, Old Post Office coffee shop, Gar Woods restaurant, and Carnelian Bay.

During the summer months guests have access to a shared pier, buoys (as available by reservation), community swimming pool, grassy lawn area with snack bar, sand volleyball court, and tennis courts. The pool is open from mid-June to Labor Day. NOT ALL AGATE BAY HOMES HAVE FULL ACCESS TO THESE FACILITIES BUT THIS HOME HAS ACCESS TO EVERYTHING.

The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open in the summer from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
